aqq9 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aqq9 ("aqq9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://aqq9.io and any associated mobile applications or subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules published on the Platform from time to time.

• You must not be listed on any government or regulatory exclusion register, self-exclusion register, or problem-gambling support programme that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.

aqq9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity, all winnings and bonus funds will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made under such circumstances may be returned at aqq9's sole discretion after deduction of any applicable costs.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the aqq9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

aqq9 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. As part of this programme, aqq9 may request any or all of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket wallet registration, or bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds

Until KYC verification is completed to aqq9's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be suspended and certain platform features may be restricted. aqq9 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals caused by a player's failure to provide the requested documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments — where the payment account is held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned, and the account will be investigated for potential money laundering.

• Funds deposited into your aqq9 account must be used for gambling activity. aqq9 is not a banking facility and does not pay interest on player balances.
• aqq9 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to the player's account balance if the withdrawal request is deemed suspicious or if a security review is in progress.
• Where a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by a player through their payment provider, aqq9 reserves the right to suspend the account and recover any losses incurred as a result.
• aqq9 complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required.

aqq9 offers a range of bonuses, promotions and free-bet offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any additional terms published with each individual promotion on the Promotions page.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made). Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of the qualifying deposit and wagered within 30 days of being credited to the account. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses will expire automatically.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted up to the time specified on the event listing. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Bets on events that are subsequently postponed, abandoned or cancelled will be settled in accordance with aqq9's sports-specific settlement rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aqq9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in casino, poker or live dealer games
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus structures
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening or abusing aqq9 employees, support staff or other players

aqq9 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, login activity, device fingerprints and payment behaviour in real time. Players suspected of prohibited conduct will have their accounts reviewed, and aqq9's determination in such matters is final.

All content on the aqq9 Platform — including but not limited to the aqq9 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, page layouts, game graphics, text, images, audio, video, data compilations and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of aqq9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from aqq9
• Use the aqq9 brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion, suggest endorsement or disparage aqq9
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Platform by automated means

Any unauthorised use of aqq9's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action for damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aqq9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate software and security measures on your own devices.

aqq9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in aqq9's reasonable assessment:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud or money-laundering activity has been identified on the account
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms
• aqq9 is required to take such action by a regulatory authority or court order

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting aqq9 customer support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided no withdrawal holds or pending investigations are active.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent the player from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute relating to a bet settlement, account action or payment transaction, the following process applies:
